The Divine Love Of Thine...

Thou held my hand one moonlit Spring
Leading to paradise
And sang to me 'neath angel wing
The sweetest lullabies
I saw my past slowly fading
With thy dreams on my eyes
Thou held my hand one moonlit Spring
Washing my morbid cries...

Thou have been sent by God above
To Whom now I bend knees
And pray to Thee the whitest dove
Be over us released
Through soothing breeze of endless love
May Winter not us freeze
Thou have been sent from God above
With Spring's eternal bliss...

Thou placed a tune upon my tongue
Be it of perfect folly
But shalt I let our love be wrong
I'd doom in melancholy
For I have known thy touch I long
Than kisses of all Holy
Thou placed a tune upon my tongue
Turning to thy song, slowly...

For I have felt how thou can bless
This wretched life of mine
Whilst looking at thy purest face
I feel my soul's refined
Lest, barren of thy soft embrace,
In death I wilt recline
For I have felt how thou can bless
By divine love of thine...
